​Guidance provided by HSE (HSG282) means your hot tub will fall into the category of commercial use and therefore must be looked after accordingly. This protects your investment, satisfies insurance companies and most importantly provides your guests with a safe experience.​​

 

The Holiday let service is a bespoke service designed around the property needs and your requirements. 

 

​HSG 282 requires the hot tub water to be changed either every 7 days or every guest change over. This process can be a massive drain on your current change over team. To be fully compliant with HSG282 the standard clean is required every change over. In addition, Legionella tests are required every 3 months and microbiological testing every month.
